I have recently been asked to run a series of Photography Days for the Salisbury Diocese as part of their wellbeing program. The days are aimed at both clergy, lay ministers and their spouses to encourage them to develop other interests outside the parish in order to affect a better work life balance. These days have been entitled ‘Through the Seasons with a Rural Lens’ photographing the countryside and coastline in Wiltshire and Dorset as part of the Diocese Rural Hope Project. The photographs on this page are from a selection of contributors with varied skills from new amateur to seasoned photographers. I hope this is an encouragement to everyone to take some time out and relax with your camera.
