I trained as a professional photographer at the Berkshire College of Art & Design in Reading in the late 80’s. After qualifying I worked in photographic studios based in Slough and Harrow before becoming a Freelance Photographer undertaking a mix of commercial and social photography.

I later felt a calling to ministry in the Church of England. However, my love of art and photography has never died and I now combine my photography with my ministry spending my days off out and about with my camera. My photography is very much apart of my spirituality and helps me maintain a sense of wellbeing, as ministry can be a demanding and challenging job.   In 2002 I was awarded my Licentiate of The Royal Photographic Society[LRPS]. I still have a registared buisness and continue to sell images through agencies such as ALAMY and self publish Zines and articles as well as the occasional commission. I also run photographic days in Dorset & Wiltshire and regularly speak at clubs and societies.

I now spend much of my free time visiting and photographing coastal regions of the UK particularly Dorset, Devon and Cornwall as well as the cities of Bath, Bristol, London and Oxford, where I am also a Canon Emeritus of Oxford Cathedral. I hope this site will enable people with a passion for photography to be able to view my work as well as buy photographs for their own use at home or work or as unique gifts for others.

My photographs are taken on a range of cameras including Fuji X Series digital cameras and lens along with Bronica Medium Format film camera, Leica M (film and digital) and Olympus OM film cameras. I also use large format 5X4 cameras. The images are then processed in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to ensure a high quality finish. All my film is hand processed and then scanned using either an Epson V800 or Minolta 5400 Dimage film scanner before processing in Lightroom.
